Two women managed to plan the perfect proposal for each other – without realising that were both about to pop the question at the exact same time.
A video, which was posted in the run up to Valentine’s Day , showed the two women playing Pictionary during a games night on a trip in see family in Washington, US.
One of the women, Berkley Cade, was attempting to draw the scene of a ‘proposal’ on the white board, a hint to her upcoming plan to get down on one knee and pop the question to partner, Tori Monaco.
But as she was finishing off her drawing, and adding the words ‘Will you marry me’, her girlfriend had her own ring hidden in her pocket.
As the Berkley’s back was turned towards the whiteboard, Tori, a student at the University of Texas, knelt down in front of her with the ring box open, waiting for her to turn back around.
Unable to take in what was happening, Berkley, who is stationed in the Air Force in Texas, stood speechless.
Both women dissolved into laughter – and happy tears – as they realised they had decided to propose to each other at the exact same time.
It was later revealed that Berkley’s mother, Kristy knew about both proposals, having been consulted by both women about a plan of action, so she decided to set up the family games night so that both women would pick it as the best time to propose.
