Agagbe, the coach of Lobi Stars, said that defeating the Rangers was not simple.
Lobi Stars head coach, Eugene Agagbe, insists his side’s six-match win against Rangers was not an easy one.
The Pride of Benue defeated Rangers 2-1 at the Lafia City Stadium on Thursday.
Agagbe believes the tactical changes introduced during the game paved the way for the victory.
“It wasn’t easy, but God helped us achieve our target in the match,” he told Lobi Stars media.
“At this stage, I had to make some necessary tactical changes, and I am happy that the players we introduced didn’t disappoint us.
“My initial plan was for us to earn victory without any hindrance. We will continue to take the games as they come.”
Lobi Stars will lock horns with Bayelsa United in a matchday seven fixture in Yenagoa on Sunday.
