Skitmaker Cute Abiola makes a pledge as he begins a new journey to Nollywood

Nigerian online skitmaker, Abdulgafar Abiola better known as Cute Abiola has officially begun his journey to Nollywood.

The award-winning skit maker, has landed himself a huge role in one of Nollywood’s soon-to-be blockbuster movies.

Making the announcement known on his Instagram page minutes ago, Cute Abiola pledged to give out black buster and masterpiece movies.

He noted how he is acting with the best cast and crew like BBNaija’s Phyna and Afeez Oyetoro better known as Saka.

“It’s finally my official journey to Nollywood and I am ready! I am giving you a BLACK BUSTER. A MASTERPIECE

I am doing this with the best Cast and crew in The World”.

Cute Abiola reacts as police threaten to investigate and possibly prosecute him over his skits

This new career change is coming days after the Nigerian police threatened to prosecute him over his skits.

The comedian, via his social media pages, had shared a video of him dressed as a police officer, mimicking the Nigerian police and their love for bribes.

Reacting to the video, The Nigerian Police Force vowed to investigate and possibly prosecute him for desecrating the force’s uniform.

The Police through its Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejoba, in a statement, accused Cute Abiola of violating Section 251 of the Criminal Code and Section 133 of the Penal Code Law.

He stated that Cute Abiola’s actions are not only deemed offensive but undermine the integrity and dignity of the mën and women who wear the uniform in service to the nation.

As such, the skit maker would be investigated and possibly prosecuted.

Taking to a blog’s comment section, Cute Abiola shared a meme of him being unbothered by the threat.

Mosun Filani announces return to Nollywood

Similarly, Mosun Filani Oduoye is back in the movie industry after years of being off-screen.

The wife and mother announced on her Instagram page hours ago that she has returned to Nollywood and is back and ready.

Urging script writers producers and directors to send scripts, she noted how there is time and season for everything.

“There is time and season for everything in life.
Am back and ready. Send ur script! We moove!”
