Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen has predicted where Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and others will finish in the upcoming 2023–24 Premier League season.
The new Premier League season will start on August 11, when Premier League champions Man City will take on Burnley at the Etihad Stadium.
In a tweet via his handle on Friday, Owen stated that Man City will still win the Premier League title again this season, while Chelsea will miss out on the top four.
