A teenage girl is walking away with more than $600,000 after winning the California lottery not once, but twice in a single week.
The ecstatic winner, Rosa Dominguez was driving home from Arizona when she decided to stop in Paso Robles, California.
That’s when she explains that she purchased Scratchers tickets, one of which was worth a whopping $555,000 – the top prize.
“I was so nervous, I just wanted to cry,” But her lucky streak didn’t end there.
Days later, while at a gas station, Dominguez purchased a single $5 Lucky Fortune Scratcher, which turned out to be worth $100,000.
Dominguez picked up her $655,555 in winnings from the California Lottery’s East Bay District Office in Hayward, and told lottery officials that she plans to go shopping and buy herself a new car.
